LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB? 
What a coincidence! We are looking for a few good candidates! We are searching for new recruits to join our inbound call center as customer service agents.

HERE'S SOME JOB DETAILS FOR YOU
Agents answer our customers’ incoming calls or emails and take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information as needed. They resolve customer complaints by using available digital resources to research required information. They identify and escalate priority issues and document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedures and to keep the call logs current.


Work environment
•   Wall to wall carpeting!
•   Climate controlled environment!
•   Supremely functioning indoor plumbing!
•   Spinny/rolly chairs and padded cubicles!
•   Giant kooshy headphones!


Hours:
We're open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. You will work with management to set your own shift.
 

Job Requirements:

Applicant should:
1. have an attention to detail.
2. be time sensitive.
3. be computer literate especially in Excell.
4. have graduated high school or have GED.
5. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
6. Good listening skills.
7. Problem analysis and problem solving ability.
